Wendy Kinney
Co-Founder
Wendy is a pioneer in the workforce optimization industry. Following the completion of her MBA, she began her career as a management consultant, a lens which has shaped her perspective to this day. She cares deeply about driving a measurable impact, anything less is a waste of everyone’s time and money.
Wendy believes a genuine interest is required to create lasting organizational improvements. She is grateful for all of the incredible thought leaders and organizations who have contributed in the ideation of our transformational solution.
She is a 5th generation Colorado native who loves exploring trails with her family, including her spectacular daughter, and three rescue Golden Retrievers…..

Steve Campbell

Steve has been applying an engineering mindset to solving business challenges since he graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering – apparently that is a thing! His methodical approach not only mitigates change management risk, it also creates beautiful technology solutions. He loves to problem solve to drive profound business impact.
Steve is widely viewed as an industry expert and has been honored with the opportunity to lead sessions at industry events. He takes pride in delivering results with customers through a relationship built on mutual respect. His curiosity leads to tireless pursuit of learning and growth, while his experience delivers business solutions second to none.
He lives in Richmond, Virginia with his awesome family. Most days you can find him running trails to find the answers to life’s questions.
