A lightweight desktop client records each click and a screenshot of the region around it, not the full screen, at 500 to 3,000 captures per user per day. There is no keystroke capture, so it collects less than screen recording, keystroke logging, or email monitoring tools. You own all of the data, it is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, and a self-hosted option is available.
Patent Pending vision AI classifies every capture at the activity level, not the application level. Instead of “in Salesforce”, you see “entering customer data into an account form”. AI aggregation then produces time allocation breakdowns, application drill-downs, workflow maps, automation scoring, day narratives, and recommendations: what a consulting analyst produces after weeks of shadowing one person, generated for every employee, every day.
Phase One is a fixed 90-day engagement covering at least 50 employees in the target operations area. Platform deployment on Azure or AWS runs alongside the operational work from day one, and an initial findings summary arrives in weeks three to four.
